Welcome to Phils Fitness & Karate, a Soldier for Christ (2 Timothy 2:3 ). We have been teaching the benefits of elite martial arts, karate, Taekwondo, self defense, & physical fitness in Houston, Texas for over 41 years. Our teaching approach will challenge you to develop the skill and determination needed to succeed in martial art
Welcome to Phils Fitness & Karate, a Soldier for Christ (2 Timothy 2:3 ). We have been teaching the benefits of elite martial arts, karate, Taekwondo, self defense, & physical fitness in Houston, Texas for over 41 years. Our teaching approach will challenge you to develop the skill and determination needed to succeed in martial arts, taekwondo, karate, self defense, physical fitenss, and the world we live in. We are dedicated to sharing the power of martial arts with the community. We offer karate, taekwondo, & physical fitness classes to accommodate your busy schedule. Phils Fitness & Karate is a mobile martial arts,taekwondo, fitness & karate business! We bring the business to the school, gym, church, recreation center, and daycare. We provide portable training equipment at your location. We sale karate, taekwondo uniforms, and other gear that the student may need. No more running here and there to get your kid in karate. We provide the convenience of teaching the martial arts & fitness programs at the school. We conduct karate tournaments at the school and every child that participate will win a karate trophy or medal. Everyone is a winner at Phils Karate School. We also conduct promotional karate belt tests; all the students from K and up to elementary school age get to break real wooden boards. Usually by the time you get there for pick up the kids are finished.
Phils Karate & Fitness not only teach technique, we build character through inner-strength, courage, vision, respect, and discipline guided by the Word of God ( Psalm 119: 105 ). The spiritual side of the individual is most important. Sensi Philip is a follower of Jesus Christ.
